Late Payment Charges

- Late Charge: A 5% charge will be applied to the unpaid balance of the utility bill if payment is not made by the due date.
Residential customers may request a waiver of the late charges if they meet the following conditions:- No late charges have been incurred in the past twelve months.
- At least twelve months of payment history exists at their current address.
- The bill is paid before the regularly scheduled cutoff date.
To request a waiver of the late charge, you must contact us directly.
Pre-Pay Meter (PPM) Account Requirements

- PPM customers: Your meter will be subject to disconnection if the PPM account balance falls below $0.00.
- If disconnected, you must restore your account to a minimum $50.00 balance.
Meter Test Charges

- Single Meter Test Charge: $20.00
Applies to testing the accuracy of a single meter during regular business hours. - Charge for Each Additional Meter: $10.00
This charge applies for each additional meter tested during the same request. - After-Hour Meter Test Charge: $60.00
An extra charge applies for testing a meter outside of standard business hours.
After-Hour Call-Out Fee

Applies when service personnel are dispatched outside of regular business hours for service requests or special assistance.
Connection Charges

Covers the cost of connecting a residential property to the electric system for the first time. -

Covers the cost of connecting a commercial property to the electric system for the first time.
After-Hour Connection Charge

This fee is applied to new connections performed outside standard operating hours.
Credit Card Convenience Fees

A $3.95 convenience fee applies for payments up to $300. An additional $3.95 fee applies for each $300 increment.
