How to Set Up and Access Your Online Account

Managing your account online is quick and convenient. To take advantage of our online account features, you must first set up your online account profile. You will need your account number, which can be found at the top left corner of your bill.

How to Set Up Your Online Account

1. Visit the Customer Service Portal

Go to our homepage and click on the “Pay Bill” link in the top left coner. This will take you to the Customer Service Portal.

2. Create a New Account

  • Select the “Create New User” tab.
  • Complete the required information and submit the form to create your account.
    • Last 4 digits of phone number on file
    • Last 4 of SSN on file for residential or last 4 of tax ID number if commercial or industrial

What You Can Do After Setting Up Your Account

1. Make Payments

Use the “Payments” tab to pay your bill securely.

2. Access Account Information

Click the “My Account” tab to view you billing history, payment status, and other account details.
