How to Create an Account to Pay Your Bill Using the Mobile App
Step 1: Download and Open the App

- Download the MyDES mobile app from your device’s app store.
- Once downloaded, open the application
- If already set up an account in the DES customer portal, use the same credentials to login to the MyDES app.
Step 2: Create a New Account

- Click on the “Menu” button located in the center at the bottom of the screen.
- Select “New User” from the menu.
- Fill out the required fields with your personal information, including:
- Account details
- Last 4 digits of the phone number on file
- Last 4 digits of the SSN on file for residential or last 4 digits of the tax ID on file for commercial and industrial accounts
- Login credentials
- Account details
- Complete the setup process by following the prompts.
Step 3: Pay Your Bill

- Log in to your newly created account.
- Select “Pay My Bill” from the menu.
- Enter your payment information and complete the payment process.
